20:18 – using 35# dumbbells *and* recovering from a brutal Olympic weightlifting workout the day before. 🙂

Used 40lbs for evrything except 25lbs for the rows. Good work-out.

I used the 45’s. phinnished phour seconds behind Maiko, whose hang squat cleans were beautiful, I might add.

Beginners did no lunges and only ran to California St. They did something inside with med balls in all their free time … but I couldn’t really focus on details when I came inside.
