So which sucked harder, KB swings or KB SDHPs?
Warm-up: Do the march 3x through
Walking Lunges
Bear Crawls
Walking High Kicks
Workout: In teams of 2, complete:
40/30/20/10 reps of…
KB Swings
Push-ups
25 Burpees
40/30/20/10 reps of…
KB Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
Sit-ups
Yes, you complete 40 swings and 40 push-ups before moving on to 30 swings and 30 push-ups, etc with 25 burpees thrown in between the couplets for shits and giggles!
RESULTS~!
Finisher:Give the Obliques some Love too

Used 16kg for the swings and SDHPs. And to answer my own rhetorical question, KB swings suck harder.

Trick question. The burpees sucked harder. 16kg for me.
ironic – swinging and lifting that kettlebell left me feeling a bit like an excavating earth-mover last night (of course, the irony is probably lost on all but Maiko at this point unless you saw the spam comments before they were deleted)
32kg KB & I’m with ChrisW – after 100 pushups & KB swings, those burpees tickled.
KB SDHP surprisingly sucked more – probably just fatigue and the fact that my forearms were progressively more fried as the time and my form went. Reg and I used 2 pood – I think that is ancient Russian for 32kg (except the first set of 40 KB swings where I used 1.5 pood – you do the Russian math). Ami returned wearing a funny hat. And yea! Fuck spam, Maiko!
Wow, i logged on all excited to see 12 posts! I definitely prefer swings to SDHP, but I wanted to see how form kept up under stress. Good job everyone!
did this solo in 28:43 with 24kg, was a pretty disgraceful time. The swings and pushups were a pretty nasty combo, the situps were an absolute holiday.
Currently on day 75 of the 100 burpee challenge so the 25 in the middle werent too bad.
Workout was much longer n harder than it looked on paper
