Oh yeah, please don’t try to TGU me at the CFDC party!
So, I have a question that’s not related to vacation pics & such. I was watching the Freddy’s Revenge video and watching the trainers do their burpees. To my untrained eyes it looks like the push-up portion of the burpee is missing. They drop to the floor (chest to deck) but then jump right back up, at least that’s what I thought I was seeing. Have I been doing burpees wrong or is it acceptable to just drop like they do and pop back up without much of a push-up in between?
After some thinking…if that’s how the CF trainers do their burpees and that’s how they did them at the Games (seeing as they all competed), then it must be legit. As long as the chest reaches the deck I assume.

Maiko – That is interesting. Sounds like burpees might be a little easier that way.
