BRING SOMETHING TO SHARE, SEE YOU ALL TONIGHT.
woohoo~ paaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaartaaaaaaaaaaaay~~!!! Now if it would stop raining (or just rained men) I’d be one happy sonovabitch!
ps – where’s yesterday’s class details? No mention of DB complexes or nasty Sprint/Burpee finisher! =P
ps – just for you lawyer types:
A U.S. District Court judge dismissed a complaint filed by a woman who said she’d been buying Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries cereal for four years under the assumption that crunchberries are a real berry.
So, here’s my question: which burpee/sprint finisher is worse, the +2 burpee/sprints on the minute, or the +1 burpee/sprints on the minute?
I think I failed on Round 16 for the +2 burpees, but only made it to Round 13 of the +1 burpees last night – yet I did nearly 20 more burpees last night. Thus, my vote goes to the +1 as being much “suckier”
Hey guys, have fun at the happy hour, I wish I could be there! Please drink several paleo-friendly shots in my honor!
