I love to travel, but I always look forward to coming back to teach. It felt great to get back into the gym and see everyone, and in a fleeting moment of sympathy, I actually switched up the planned wod.

I noticed some people took the rep range a little liberally when Maiko banged out 10 reps at 115.

Get ready for the holiday weekend, and class is on for Sunday. Once again, thanks to Mike C, Alex, Steve O, and Maiko for keeping things running while I was out of town.

    We did another hash run last night. It was tough to pass up with the beautiful weather! Ironically, we had a beer point right below Balance and then ran up through the cul-de-sac. Very fun! I hope everyone has a great weekend!

    Yes thanks again to the Original Maiko and Alex and Steve O. – enkoyed class yesterday nice strength met/con mix. I rowed two 500 meter sprints before class so it worked out well. See y’all Sunday.

    I think Maiko and I simply didn’t hear tom say 3-5 reps. We had everyone at our bench doing 10 reps (ops).

    I didn’t take part in the metcon. Instead I worked on some handstand push-ups. They are getting better but still need work. Can’t really get passed 4-5 at a time and still can’t come back up when I try them without an abmat.
