Everyone is welcome, so bring people out to this workout for a great cause. The workout is free, but there is a (highly) suggested donation. All the proceeds will go to Prostate Cancer research and the Wounded Warrior Foundation. Scaled versions of the workout will be available to fit everyones ability. there is no excuse to miss this!
