Nice to see Kyle back in class, as well as Jenny, a visiting CFer from Kentucky, and Hila coming in from he ‘burbs. Have a great Thanksgiving, we’ll do a 10AM workout for whoever is around.

    This was a short but tough workout. Due to some wrist pain I used 35lb DBs. I finished in 6:42 I believe. Looking forward to thanksgiving day WOD

    I think I used 65 lbs and finished in the 9-minute range. The thrusters were heavy for me, so it was taking me a great deal of time to get through them.

    I will be at a client’s office and won’t be back until next Tuesday. See ya’ll then!

    Nice work out! Used 135, did it in a little under 6 minutes. Definitely floored me.
