I think I used 65 lbs and finished in the 9-minute range. The thrusters were heavy for me, so it was taking me a great deal of time to get through them.
I will be at a client’s office and won’t be back until next Tuesday. See ya’ll then!
Any pictures from this workout? I remember a camera being around while we were doing those wall-stretches.
Nice work out! Used 135, did it in a little under 6 minutes. Definitely floored me.
