Time to catch up on the last two workouts! Thanksgiving we got an aerly start on the day with a 10 AM workout:
15 minute AMRAP
30 DOUBLE UNDERS
Followed with Winnie leading a 10 minute flexibility session, which seemed to have the group sewating and shaking more than the WoD.
Sunday we continued with the Strength/Metcon hybrid.
Back Squat 5-5-5 to warm up, then
Box Squat 4×2 reps @70% 1RM (approx)
Finished with 3 sets of max pullups, each followed by twice as many pushups and jump squats, resting 3 minutes between sets.
