Just kidding! Everybody did an awesome job! I was impressed by all the ring dips everybody did. That looked like a brutal one. I’m thinking of giving it a shot tonight, especially since I just ate about 20lbs of Chinese food.
Alex, sorry I didn’t get a picture of you! I had no idea it was your last class and my camera died right when you guys started the back squats!
Ok I am sore today in my legs. That was a good workout. felt like it got a little easier in the last 3 rounds. I think I needed a little more warm-up.
