    I worked with Mark’s Brother Mike and Steph in this workout. They both did great. It was Mike’s first time doing cleans (I think) and it looks like he will catch on fairly quickly.

    Steph did great even after I pulled a switch on her with the DB for the PP. I hid her 25lb DB and handed a 30lb one to her 🙂

    The hardest part for me was the lateral box jumps mostly because my legs are short.

    This was a good workout.

    Cool mix of exercises. For my part, I dug the box hops, but I struggle getting a steady rhythm with the toes-to-bar (many thanks to Steve O. for the upgrade). Another entry on the goat list.
