One of the keys to improving Olympic weightlifting is to focus on hitting specific positions. We want to make sure that at every point along the movement, we have our bodies and the bar in the right place.

1 CLEAN (from floor, yes there’s a squat)
1 LOW HANG CLEAN
1 HIGH HANG CLEAN
1 PUSH PRESS
1 PUSH JERK
1 SPLIT JERK

DONE 5 ROUNDS, EACH INCREASING WEIGHT OR REFINING MOVEMENTS

FINISHED WITH 7 MINUTE AMRAP
3 BURPEES
6 JUMP SQUATS
3 CLAPPING PUSHUPS
6 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
