Thursday night on the court we ran through a little sprint type team workout. Lots of recovery and not too brutal, but added up to plenty of work.

I don’t know about you guys, but I think that top picture is pretty cool. Nice to have Ewunike back in class as well.
Great workout. went first for my group so I got to do 4 rounds. I used 135 & 65 for the first 3 rounds. On the fourth round I bumped the push press up to 85lbs.
Always nice to have Ewunike in class. She is a great motivator, and athlete. An she always helps others with our form.
