10 ROUNDS
EVERY 90 SECONDS
2 POWER CLEANS

Nice to see some good form work, as well as corrections being made. Also some heavy weights being cleaned, with Dan, Salty and Steve all working over 200 lbs, and Sara at 121. I find this style of workout the best way to implement high volume Olympic lifts. Enough time to recover and be explosive, but still a systematic whooping.

Finished up with a re-visitation of a metcon workout from a few weeks ago:
6 minute AMRAP
3 BURPEES
6 SQUAT JUMPS
3 PUSHUPS
6 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

The goal was to never stop for any more than two breaths. Harder when you’re breathing is rushed. Everyone did a good job of keeping their focus- the issue is just forcing your mind to control the body, not give in to that little voice that says its OK to stop.
