All practiced with the focus on improvement, not putting up numbers. With the jumprope the major issue was inefficency, using far too much effort per jump. We worked on straight leg hops without the rope to set the tone. Steph, our reigning DU champ, gave some good advice on arm positioning.
Congrats to Joanne on getting her first few ring dips, we will be working on these more frequently. Also thanks to Salty for walking people through the handstand kick up. remember, whe kicking up, its the lead leg that does the work. Don’t try to jump the foot on the floor up, keep the legs locked!
Finished with a WALLBALL/SPRINT ladder, that took from 4:30-6:20 to complete.
