It was nice to get some running in and I liked having the rest in between rounds so I could give all out effort on the sprints.
We’ve had 3 pretty rough but good workouts in a row, excited to see what coach has in store for Sunday!
Thanks so much for support, you guys are awesome! Needless to say, the event was a blast. Jason and I got are butts kicked. I am excited to watch you guys and girls tear it up at the DC sectional! Thanks again, I hope to catch up with you all in the very near future.
