Happy birthday Mario!! Sorry we missed your b-day workout. I came down with a cold so didn’t want to go and infect any of you, especially the people competing in the sectionals next weekend. Looks like a good workout though, 20 minutes sounds like a long time. I will give this one a try when I get better.
Had I been able to do double-unders, I probably would have eked out one more round (I completed five rounds).
Since Coach has the new jump ropes available and since I finally have a rope that is adequate for my height, I have fewer excuses about not performing double-unders (practice, practice, practice!). 🙂
Again, this was a good workout, and the handstand holds at the end were…interesting (I’ve been practicing these for a while). But forty-five minutes later, guess what I doing in yoga? 😉
