This workout — especially the weighted step-ups — really kicked my ass!
I used the 32 kg (2 pood) kettelbell for the swings, but I had to drop down to the 45-lb. kettlebell for the step-ups. In rounds three and four, I had to drop down to a lower step.
Anyway, I am looking forward to tonight’s workout. See you then.

worked with Mark. Used 32kg KB for the swings and a 20kg KB for the step-ups. Ankle felt good, if not a little tender afterwards.
