    worked up to 185 on the push press. really tried to work on keeping my feet flat and using the explosion – needs work, but didn’t help constantly thinking about the busted wheel.

    for the metcon, rowed 250m instead of running. 1st round was 32; kept a running count going instead of individual sets. think I did 6 or 7 rounds, plus an extra row for S&G.

    today’s workout – tanning for time (trying to see if I can catch up with Steph…)
