Hang Power Snatch
Working on technique, weight only increases with good form

Finished with grip work on the Rolling Thunder and CoC grippers.

    This was another great workout.

    Snatch: I worked with “Dan-imal” and worked up to 62.5kg on the snatch. As the weight progressed up (i.e., got heavier), I went from a full snatch to a power snatch. Forcing my body to squat is something that I constantly work on and will continue to do so.

    21-15-9 Kettlebell swing/push-up: Pretty good met-con. I used a 32kg kettlebell for the swings and finished in 2:28. Thanks to Mark for working out in the same heat with me and for pushing me to beat him by two seconds. 🙂
