Front Squat
5-5-3-3-3-3


The last time we will see Dan without his Oly shoes for a heavy Front squat.

4 rounds
1 minute med ball cleans
1minute burpees

salty ball cleaning


Extra stretching and foam rolling: we will be doing A LOT more of this.

    I worked with SaltyHat (Chris), “Dan-imal” (Dan), and “double B” (Brendan). I maxed out at my PR weight (100 kg) for three reps. I tried 110 kg, but I wasn’t getting the necessary depth. My next goal is to get 110kg with good depth on the front squat.

    The met-con was a good, tiring one. I still hate burpees, by the way. I just hate them less now. 🙂

    I didn’t stick around for the stretching because I did lots of it in yoga.

    This was another good class, and everyone did a great job (as usual).

    CFDC’s own ODB…feels less old but more dirty.
