Jerks reiterated the need for technical work. Just like last weeks cleans, strength levels were not the limiting factor. Notice LOTS of press outs on the video, and a general lack of “driving under the bar”. We just need to harness the strength we’ve been building!

Its working for me now. Thanks for posting this, Tom. It makes such a difference to be able to see yourself execute these movements.
I agree with Peter – I really like the videos, especially for the Oly Lifts; it makes a real difference watching yourself perform the movements. Worked with Peter and Brandon on the jerks, and worked my way up to ~95 kilos. Was very happy with this since I was able to perform a split jerk with minimal discomfort. Worked with Reggie on the MetCon who was absolutely breathing down my neck the entire time, even though I subbed KB snatches for the box jumps.
