OVERHEAD SQUATS
SNATCH GRIP DEADLIFTS (W/2 POSITION PAUSE)
Focus on pressing legs through the floor while maintaining rigid spine. We do NOT want the back posture changing as we pull the barbell. Pause just below the knees, and at the high hang position before extending fully.
