SNATCH TECHNIQUE WORK
Focus on keeping arms straight, extending hips and shrugging. Technique sets done as Hang Power Snatches.

5 ROUNDS (each for individual time, starting round every 3 minutes)
3 SNATCH
6 OVERHEAD SQUATS
9 BURPEES

    Sorry I missed last nights class. Probably won’t be there Thursday either. Woke up with a very sore wrist yesterday – I could barely move it. I did the shoulder to overhead/burpee workout the night before. Not sure if that had anything to do with it or if I slept on it wrong.

    Anyway, I will also miss all of next week as we will be in Austin. I think there are a few different boxes down there. Anyone have a recommendation?

    This was a good one. I could have stuck with 75 lbs for the metcon but didn’t realize till it was over

    Peter, let me know how the wrist is doing. Have a great trip, CF Central is a huge affiliate down there, I’d love to know what you think.

    Sara, you could have handled 75 fine, but it was a workout to hit specific positions more than lift heavy.
