After Tuesdays Snatch complex work, last night was time for a serious burner. This one as simple, but pushed the legs and heart rate all out.

    definitely enjoyed the workout, but to say that I was dragging ass last night is an understatement – that workout definitely gassed me. partnered with Dan and used 95lb for the thrusters and 32kg for the swings. perhaps tire flips next Thursday for Deano’s sake??
