awesome class; legs are definitely feeling it. Glad we went to 15 rounds on the back squats, and liked the emphasis on exploding the weight up from the bottom. used 95kg/110lb for the squats and DLs, and, finally, did not substitute a damn thing during the workout (though I did step down off the box rather than jump).
Welcome back to the world of Rx’d (its 210 lbs btw).
Sorry I missed this one. I actually tried to get up to come but ended up shutting the alarm off and going back to sleep. I guess it is best since I wouldn’t have been working. I would have gotten jealous watching.
