Attempt to increase weight each set.
6 JUMP SQUATS
6 LUNGES (ALTERNATING)
6 GOOD MORNINGS

This complex brought together a few under utilized movements, so the loading was relatively light. The barbell lunges seemed to challenge everyone the most.

Finished with a 7 minute AMRAP:
15 PUSHUPS (chest to bumper plate)
15 SITUPS (holding plate).

    Ah yes…as I arrived to CrossFit DC post-Courage Games participation, I wondered what Coach would present us with today.

    I worked with “Dan-imal” on the jump squats, lunges, and good mornings (I worked up to 60kg). I haven’t done barbell good mornings in a few years; nevertheless, I enjoyed revisiting them. 🙂 I admit that I do need to work on my depth for the barbell lunges.

    The met-con was killer given what I had done on the previous day. I think I eeked out five rounds.

    All-in-all, it was a good workout.
