10 minutes of foam rolling: brutal
This was a brutal one for me, for one of my weaknesses, upper body strength, shows.
I used 57.5 kg for the push press and push jerk (I probably could have used 60kg, but my three-rep maximum was less than that). My pull-up numbers were abysmal (in my mind), but I gave it all I had for this workout.
Nervertheless, it was a good workout.
