Yesterday’s met-con workout kicked my arse a little [but any workout where burpees and running are involved I will consider an “ass-kicker.” :-)]. At least it wasn’t humid outside. 🙂
Max pull-ups: I managed to get nine (u-g-l-y) kipping pull-ups plus one strict pull-up. Many thanks to Chris and Maiko for the tips.
The post-workout stretching proved to be quite beneficial, but I am looking forward to getting back to (Iyengar) yoga (beginning this Sunday).
As always, everyone did a great job.
Olympic lifting: I’ll be in Balance Gym tomorrow (July 3) if anyone is interested in working on the Olympic lifts (i.e., snatches and clean-and-jerks).
