    I spent a lot of time working everyone into this, so hopefully you got good training in leading up to the WoD. I like to see the various levels all working within the same framework: scale and modify as needed. In time, box pushups will go to limited ROM HSPU, then to rx’d. Next time Chris can give it a go on the rings. its all about challenging your limits, but working in your capability.

    Not sure I could do the whole workout on the rings. In fact, I probably would’ve struggled using plates, which I should’ve done. Need to get back to practicing HSPUs a little more often.

    Getting a little warm this week – hope everyone is drinking lots of water.
