Joining class for a while to get my body back into shape after a busy summer. It looks like I wasn’t the only one either!
I started with the box jumps, used 25# dbs for the Push Presses, rowed a total of ~573m (my rest station!), and used 20# dbs for the squat cleans. The weight was too light for the cleans but I haven’t done them with DBs in ages and the movement felt so foreign.
Looking foward to the subs! I gotta get mentally prepared for all the running that’s gonna come up! 😛
