“We ain’t pressed”
5×5 Bench Press
Follow each set with rope climbs or set of near max pullups

After Tuesdays Birthday massacre, I planned a workout to give the legs a little rest. Don’t get used to that kind of sympathy (research Stockholm Syndrome), and get ready to Squat again on Sunday! The focus on the bench was, as always correct position. Also, thanks to Ori, who gave us a good new footwork tip for the rope climb> I’ll get it on video and post some rope climbing info soon.

Finished with a short Metcon burner, with everyone done in under 6 minutes!

20 Situps each round

    Very grateful for the rest for the legs, I’m still feeling Tuesday’s workout!!!

    I hadn’t BP in ages and it felt very awkward. I worked up to either 75 or 80 pounds, I can’t remember which. Did strict pull-ups in between each set.

    I used 25# dbs for the workout and finished in 4:51min. the DB hang power cleans were extremely awkward and I felt like I was just swinging the weight around and adding a jump just for shits & giggles.

    May miss out on Sunday if Saturday’s guerrilla workout leaves me destroyed, but I’ll be there on Tuesday for sure!

    Well…the workout didn’t kill me like the last guerrilla workout, but my body was begging for a break. Can’t wait until I can handle 3+ workouts per week again : Did you do Sunday’s class?
