Small group = hi rep squats; Now that’s my kind of math!
For the last class before Christmas, CFDC got treated to a very simple and straightforward hi-rep squat work out: use the first set of ten at (30-35% of your 1RM) to make sure your legs were warm; use the second set of ten (at ~50% of your 1RM) to gauge your power output for the day; and then go for it – 20 reps at anywhere between 60-80% of your 1RM.
Work like that should always be followed by some down & dirty fun with the tires: flips and sledgehammer-work!
