Probably the same damn person – or persons – who said “Double-Unders!” And that would be your coaches. That’s cuz this Suday’s Elements class will focus on both of these movements.
We’ll start with some jump rope and Double Under practice (those of you who have struggled this week, take note), and finish with a re-start of the pull-up achievement program. After last week’s discussion post, we came to grips with the fact that we were way past due to re-start the pull-up progression program. So we’ll work on mobility, a test of everyone’s strict pull-up ability, and then cap it all of with some progression practice.

Yay! And boo! It’s going to be rough re-testing and seeing how far I’ve fallen after devoting a lot of time to the pull-up program. But I need to get back on it just because I’ve already devoted the time and set the goal. Thanks!!
