Why do I keep resting on squat days?? It’s not intentional, I swear! Luckily we squat enough I’m sure I can’t keep up this pattern for long.

  2. Dave Eckmann says:

    Let’s see, for today’s front squats, I went: 125, 135, 165, 175, 185. After I was finished I kinda felt like I could have done 200, at least once. Next time….next time.

    WOD:
    135# 12 times
Finished 2 rounds, and got up to about 10 hurdles.

  3. Satin says:

Enjoyed the noon class even though I was sleep deprived due to exams. I worked up-to 185# and worked on pausing at the bottom of the squat instead of going heavier.
METCON: 15 reps@155# and 6 rounds of the burpees and lateral jumps.

Dave – nice work on the squats!
