Good change of pace from yesterday. I really enjoyed meeting Ann(e?) and working with her, Doron, and Jen!!!! What a great Sunday!
I worked from 43# to 63# for the sets — I was pleased because that was up from the 53# I did on the previous floor presses.
I had some issues getting the tricep press-downs…thank you Chris and Steph for being so infinitely patient with me! Plate pinches were a lot of fun, and very functional. Band pull-aparts were great with the new red thin resistance bands! I can actually do them correctly!
So excited for a rest day tomorrow, I’m spent.
