Skill: to 115#
Strength: @ 155#
Skill: to 115#
Workout: First 7 Rds: 125#,
Once I checked in with the form doctor, I raised up my dosage.
last 5: 135#
Prognosis: scarecrow; faster turnover.
Loved this class! 53# for the 12 rounds…felt a tad light, but that’s ok. Focused on fast elbows and actually getting under the bar, in addition to trying to launch it from higher on my leg.
A great skill-based class and nice change of pace. The initial pull throws me off a lot so it was very useful to focus on it.

I really enjoyed this workout. I think I should have started at closer to 75% of my ME or the workout. I started with my 65% and increased 1kg each round till I hit the 75%. My weights for each round were: 47kg, 48kg, 49kg, 50kg, 51kg, 52kg, 53kg, 54kg, 54kg, 54kg, 54kg, 54kg, 54kg.
The Cleans all felt good and I think I could have gone with my 75% for all 12 rounds.
