Skill: HS Shoulder touches

1 x Handstand Kick Up and Hold (focus on pressing into the floor); then,
3 x 10-20 Alternating Shoulder Touches

3 x 15 DB Thrusters (M 1/2BW, W 1/3BW), 30 Double Unders, 15 Ab-Mat Situps, and 25 Double Unders

    I’m still struggling with handstands and wall walkers, and I need to figure out a way to deal with it. Chris had a good idea to work to get to the piked position against the wall since it’s easier to get down from, so we’ll see if I can do that.

    As expected, a brutal metcon! I used 15# DB for the thrusters. I struggled mentally to keep pushing myself this time, and finished in 12:57.
