7 Minute AMRAP of 7 Plank-to-Squats, 14 squat jumps, 21 Ab Mat Sit-Ups /OR/ 7 Knees-to-Elbows

    Ring work was fun!

    The short metcon at the end was a gasser. Did k2e, which went better this time than they have in the past. Doing only 7 at a time was much more manageable.

    The hands were particularly angry this morning. Time to work on those calluses.

    I love the rings! I still need to work on squeezing my abs and not kicking to get up. I managed to touch the floor with my knees bent on one skin the cat.

    My quads were not happy about the jump squats, I kept having to pause on those. P2S and sit-ups were no problem. I finished 3 rounds and about 6 jump squats.

    I signed up for the Open! Thanks for the encouragement to do it. Looking forward to tomorrow!
