    I haven’t squatted in weeks, but my cue is still the same — CHEST UP! I did my working sets at 53#, based off my previous 1 RM of 90#.

    Good mornings are awesome, side planks were rough, even without the med ball. It was pretty entertaining to watch others do the med ball planks, though! :o)
