Deadlifts 10, 5, then 5 sets of 1-1-1 clusters
Accessory Work:
3 x 10-15 Bulgarian Split Squats + 20 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups
Met-Con:
40-30-20-10 Step-Ups plus 20-15-10-5 Push-Ups
perform two burpees at the top of every minute

More newbie achievement: I partnered with Sam, worked up to 145 lb on the deadlifts, and at least finished the met con without looking too wasted at the end.
Also, a hat tip to all those in gym who are or have served. You bring some great energy to the workouts, glad you’re here.
