Strength 1: Snatch Hi-Pulls
– (5) 5, 3, 3, 3, 3
– warm-up set of 5 with bar, 5 with moderate weight, and then working towards 65-75% of max Snatch

Met-Con: 21-15-9 OHS and T2B
– scale T2B with 2:1 Ab Mat Sit-Ups

Strength 2: Snatch Grip DL
– 3 x 3 @ ~80-85% of max Snatch
– scale up to deficit

    My bold prediction for 13.3 is 5 min AMRAP of Bicep Curls 85/55. Swole Patrol!

    Did sit-ups today to give the hands a rest, especially if pull-ups come up next!

    I’m thinking a heavier barbell movement for 13.3.

    Snatch high pulls to 45#, DLs to 55#. I started with 25# for OHS on the metcon and had to drop to 15# because I was breaking them up way too much. As always, it was my wrists hurting, not anything else that stopped me on OHS. At least I made up some time on the sit-ups. I think I finished in 9 something.

    I’m just happy 13.3 is something I can do!!! Looking forward to not being able to walk the day after!
