Did sit-ups today to give the hands a rest, especially if pull-ups come up next!

Snatch high pulls to 45#, DLs to 55#. I started with 25# for OHS on the metcon and had to drop to 15# because I was breaking them up way too much. As always, it was my wrists hurting, not anything else that stopped me on OHS. At least I made up some time on the sit-ups. I think I finished in 9 something.
I’m just happy 13.3 is something I can do!!! Looking forward to not being able to walk the day after!
