Five station rotation; start at any of the first 4 stations, and rotate through; the 5th and final station is the same for everyone, regardless of starting point:
Station 1: 2 min. Row
1 min Rest
Station 2: 2 min. KB Swings
1 min Rest
Station 3: 2 min. Burpees
1 min Rest
Station 4: 2 min. DB Push Press
1 min Rest
Station 5: 2 min Max DUs

I just got done doing this workout and I really enjoy the 2min all out stations! Burpees were rough but they always are for me. I think I provided entertainment for the vietnamese people at the gym when I was doing them!
I’m starting to really enjoy rowing as I feel I can get into a groove with it.
No KB here but managed with a DB at 22kg, rough and had to take some breaks.
That’s awesome you did this in Vietnam, Andraea!!! You’ll have those Vietnamese people doing CrossFit in no time. :o)

Newbie achievement on DU’s, 13 in 2 min, more important, first time ever looking straight ahead. It’s amazing how that helped.
