Shoulders are continuing to be tight. Thanks to Sara for bullying me, that helped a lot! I used 43# for the sets. Snatches weren’t feeling the best, I wasn’t high enough on my thigh, and felt like the bar was coming out in front of me. My “webbing” was kind of sore from hook grip as well. A bit of an off night.
I don’t think I’ve done bar roll-outs before…they were tough!
