Kathy and I had the pleasure of being coached by Mike, it was great! He cued me to keep my arms loose and focus on using my shoulders. I don’t know if I got up to 63# or 68#? I failed at 73# due to my deciding to not get under the bar.
Kathy and I also teamed up for the metcon…I used 20# DB and forced my left shoulder to stay with that the whole time! No clue how many rounds. We both did V-ups, which are not that fun.
