Recovery/Conditioning:
5 Rounds of 24 Box step Ups (12 per leg) and 12 burpees;
*15-30 second rest; then,
3 Turkish Get-Ups/side (alternate arms, to be done in a controlled movement and at moderate pace)
Step ups and burpees done for time, take 15-30 to control breath and focus, then slow and controlled on TGU (using it as active recovery); begin next round as soon as TGUs done.
Mobility:
2 min Supine Wall Split
2 min Supine Wall Squat
1 min/side hip stretch w/ ankle across knee
2 min/side Supine spine twist
