It’s that time of year again – time for the CrossFit Games Open.
5 Weeks. 5 Workouts. 1 Way to the Regionals.

CrossFit DC will run each workout on Saturday starting at 11:30am (so no 11:30 class). We’ll continue until everyone’s completed their workout, so the length of the time needed will depend on the length of the workouts themselves.

Workout 13.5

4 minute AMRAP of
15 Thrusters (M=100lbs / W=65 lbs)
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
**Add an additional 4 minutes for every 90 reps (3 rds) completed within the 4 minute time frame**

    I know a lot of people have been training really hard all year and have been waiting for this day for a long time…it’s awesome that so many people are registered and I hope everyone has as much fun as they can. Cannot wait to see the CFDC athletes represent πŸ™‚

    Ok – you talked me into it Erica, though I’ve been doing crossfit for about two months I’m doing 13.1 tonight. Now I need to talk Chris into playing In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida or Rush 2112 to get me through the 17 minutes.

    The box is absolutely killer and the welcoming community that you have fostered is incredible. There is not a single person there that could have been nicer.

    I’ve really enjoyed having so many athletes drop in for this year’s Open workouts — it’s been fun to realize what a huge community we have in CrossFit. I love it.

  16. If you have overweight and want to get fitness then they are providing you best crossfit workout training. You can lose your weight through the helpful exercise.
