3 x 10 squats, 5 Pause Push-Ups, 10 Scorpions, 5 Rolling Split Straddles, 10 Supine Scorpions; then,
20 Partner Med-Ball Push-Throws (each partner takes one step back after 5 throws)
Strength:
Floor Press 5-5-3-3-3-3
– follow each set with 3x as many Band Pull Aparts
Met-Con:
3 Rounds 1 minute work/ 1 minute rest
