Warm-Up:
3 x 10 Lunge & Twist in place, 10 OH Band Pull-Aparts, 5 Hanging Hip Twists, 10 OHS w/ PVC
Prep Set 1:
3 x 2 Pause Snatch Hi-Pull + Hang Power Snatch (up to 50% of max snatch)
Prep Set 2:
3 x 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch (up to 75% of max snatch)
Work Sets:
6 x 2 + 1 Power Snatch;
Every other minute, perform 2 power snatch, rest, then perform 1 power snatch on the half minute
– repeat for a total of 6 rounds
– work at 75-80% of max snatch
Finisher:
3 x 10 DB/KB Romanian DL + 10 side bridges/side* + 10 Paloff Presses/side
* feet on box or ball; scale up either by lifting the top leg for the duration of the set
