A) max calorie Row
B) max rep Wall Ball
C) max rep Push-Ups

    Missed this workout the first time we did it and it looks like I will miss it again. Not sure if that is good or bad. Has 2 movements. I need to work on.

  2. In honor of it being my first time in the WOD pic of the day, I figured I’d grace you all with my first post:

    Push-ups: 25/24/21/19 (knees for half the first and all the rest)
    Calorie Row: 18/17/15/14
    Wall Balls: 25/21/19/20 (12 lb ball)

    It was a good workout. I’ve always been a fan of wall balls–I know, how messed up am I?
