– Rest 2 minutes
* Aim to increase weight for each round of thrusters, but only so long as you can go unbroken. Immediately after the thrusters, complete 10 burpees, then rest up to 1 minute. Following the 1min rest break, complete up to 10 pull-ups (<2 sets, with only a short break if you come off the bar). Rest 2 minutes before the next set of thrusters.
